We have only been open a year and a half. There are 78 guest rooms including jacuzzi suites and presidential suites and leisure suites. We have an on site fitness center and pool and hot tub outside. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet.On site sundries shop. Free parking for semis and cars. Easy access to Interstate. Lots of restaurants. All of our rooms are furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, iron, coffee maker and free wi-fi. And a wonderful friendly staff to accommodate your needs.

We made last minute plans for Leesburg Bikefest and Brookesville was as close as we could find. We have had bad luck with some of our recent stays in hotels and finally we found a place with luxury on a budget. Our friends stayed at the Days Inn in walking distance frm our hotel an pad $20 less but they did not get a FREE DELICIOUS breakfast! Nor did they get granite countertops in their bathroom. Nor did they get down pillows and a bed I wish I could take home with me! There was an iron ad ironing board,coffee maker, fridge and microwave! There was a gym but we didn't have time to use it. It was worth the little extra plus really with the free breakfast we probably spent less then our friends! « less

Excellent hotel; however. Book in advance. I noticed several people turned away since it was booked solid; but...wait one. A block of rooms were available/unavailable since they were cancelled but not released to be parceled out. I don't know if they sorted it out, but it reminded me of making reservations ahead of time is always a good plan to follow. Anyway, the front desk was incredibly patient with customer demands and requests. The pool looked good, but it was a tad cool for a dip. « less

The hotel is a newer property that is easily accessible from I-75 and located near plenty of eating establishments (i.e. McDonald's, Denny's, Subway, pizza, Chinese, etc.). The room is a standard-size for Holiday Inn Express hotels and had a microwave and a small fridge. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were rather lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of counter space. Breakfast options were good; cereal, cinnamon buns, juices, etc. The hotel staff was pleasant and professional.
The only issues I had were: (1) the table in the room was very small and square-shaped; not enough room to spread out and get any work done; and (2) the soundproofing is not very good; I could hear my neighbors' conversations, tv, and even sneezing/coughing.
Overall, this is a good option for a short-stay when traveling through the area. « less
