The two bedroom grand suites sleep up to 8 guests. They offer one king bed, two double beds and a double size sofa sleeper. The three bedroom grand suites sleep up to 12 guests. Our fourth time there and from the moment we checked in to the time we pulled away, we could not have asked for a better stay. Once again, staff at check in were friendly and efficient. The hotel and grounds were clean and beautifully maintained. Fortunately the weather was perfect and we were able to spend the weekend relaxing by the pool while the kids played and took advantage of the poolside activities. They had a blast! Our suite was clean and spacious as always. The kids have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen with an island counter, is big and stocked with anything you might need to dine in. The dining and living area divide the master bed and bath with its jacuzzi tub from the rest of the suite. And then a balcony or screened in porch. Its laid out perfectly. Washer/dryer and complimentary detergent also a nice little plus. We have yet to have a negative experience at this place and can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Orlando. We spent 7 days here and could not have asked for more. The property is very well maintained and the room clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The beds are comfy and the view in building C suite 607 was spectacular. The pool was warm, clean and refreshing. The staff were extremely helpful especially Kelly and Ebonee who printed directions and maps for us. The location of this resort is convenient to all the Parks. A grocery store is 1 block away and the premium mall not much further. This section of International Drive has a quiet peaceful atmosphere which we loved. We would absolutely stay here again. « less

We stayed from May 8-15, 2013. Overall, the resort was nice. The rooms and grounds appeared to be very clean. We were disappointed with the number of cockroaches we encountered in our suite. The cockroaches made us feel uncomfortable and we found it hard to relax because we were constantly looking at the walls and floor. We even found one in our laundry basket. We ended up spending our last day at the resort doing laundry for fear we would bring some home with us. Very disappointing. Daily room cleaning was sub par. One day they left our kitchen and bathroom garbage in the sink...gross. Cockroaches aside, a very nice resort to stay at with small kids. Don't think I would be staying here again though, as I am terrified of cockroaches. Was going to mention it to concierge upon check out, but she did not even ask us how our stay was. « less

This was our third stay in 7 years. And even though they have done some updating, it's getting a little dated. The cookware and toaster was not up to standards - we didn't have time to report it to the reception. And maybe if someone would do it, they may replaced the items. Both showers were terrible - not much water comming out, almost just a mist. Hard to get wet and even harder to wash off soap and shampoo. And what is it with the temporary entrance from International Drive? It's been the entrance since our first stay 7 years ago.
With that said. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. And the pools is heated. The staff were very friedly and forthcomming and we basically enjoyed our stay. « less
