I stayed here 4/30 to 5/4/2103 and barely slept. The mattress was thin and convex-shaped and slippery. It kept shifting around all night. One night I almost slid off it like a slide. The A/C unit rattled incessantly until I put a pillow over the flip-up door. There are no microwaves in the rooms. I had constant problems getting the card keys to work - sometimes had to try them several times before they worked, had to get maintenance to come up once. The design of the building is like a maze and there are no signs to direct you to the elevator, which is in a out-of-the way place. Parking was very limited unless I tried the back of the building. The linens were average. The only pluses were it was clean and relatively quiet and near to restaurants and shopping. I definitely would _not_ stay here again. « less

Please, I did see that our maintenance worker came to your room, could you provide me with that number so we can take care of the problems you experienced so no one else does.

Luckily, I didn't experience any of the problems others have listed. I travel and stay in hotels more than 60 nights a year, so I certainly understand where they are coming from. Noisy neighbors and a car break in can happen in even the best hotels, you just never know when or where. I found this Courtyard very nice. I usually stay at Fairfield for the free breakfast, unless another Marriott brand has a better price. You have to weigh all of that out when making reservations. My only complaint is that the TV has limited stations. I find that a problem across the board with most Marriott's. « less

Stayed here 8 nights for a family emergency in the area. Rooms were clean, recently updated and best of all VERY QUIET. No free breakfast but a little bistro in the lobby with great service. Minimal gym facilities, no spa but generous pool. Good value at $99 a night through Expedia. « less
