Getting there. The most convenient way to reach the hotel from the airport is by taxi which costs approximately 18 USD. The Troisdorf train station is one kilometre from the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around.Troisdorf can be explored by public transport or car. The centre of Cologne can be easily explored by foot. Schildergasse, Hohe Strasse and Breite Strasse are pedestrianised and most main attractions are located around the Altstadt, on the left bank of the Rhine. A transferable ticket (VRS) entitles travellers to use all transport facilities, including the underground, buses, trams, and RB (RegionalBahn), RE (RegionalExpress) and S (S Bahn) trains. Train only tickets can also be purchased. Both types of tickets can be purchased from vending machines at the city's train stations. Only VRS tickets can be bought from tram, bus and underground stops.
