A good distance from downtown Madrid so not recommended for tourism unless you are heading north or west out into the countryside. « less

This hotel was well placed for my business needs in Las Rozas. It was clean and had a welcoming reception and my check-in requests were met. The room was fine but my only complaint was it was too hot and the a/c is not switched on to full control until May. Opening the window did help! This is a business hotel and well away from the centre of Madrid. There are Bodega's and supermarkets close by for what you need. I paid 55Euro for a taxi from the airport. « less

Introduction : We ended here because we were invited to a wedding and our family is living in this Madrid suburb. So note that I do not recommend this location if you want to visit Madrid as it is far away.
The check in: Good, smiling and fast. No reason to complain.
The room : The room is ok but quite small and honestly this is not nice at all. Having said that I would compare this to a “luxury highway motel” so the space is not a true surprise. The double bed, we were lucky to get as our travel companions all had twins, seems a bit smaller than a usual queen size. There is a desk with a chair, an armchair and a small table which add to the sensation of being packed. There is a minibar but the selection is short. The bathroom is very well designed but also very small. No way you could do your thing with a second person in there. Amenities are nice and complete for such a level. Shampoo, Shower Gel, Soap, and …amazingly a dental kit.
The Breakfast, Room service, restaurant: The room service and restaurants are closed from Friday 4PM till Monday morning. It is possible to have a small snack in the bar but nothing else. The breakfast place is usually on level -1 (didn’t check what the place was looking as it was closed anyway) but during week-ends it was on ground floor. The place is cold but the buffet is quite large and I must admit very tasty. We didn’t miss anything.
Check out: No reason to complain, it went fast and bill was correct.
Warning: The air conditioning is tricky to say the least. Allthough it wasn’t that cold outside we reached an average of 25° (Celsius) in the room and couldn’t find a way to lower it. This is quite disturbing as 25 is way too much for a good night of sleep unless it is natural temp. Having heating blowing that kind of air is really nasty.
My conclusion: Unless every other place is fully booked in that suburb, I wouldn’t book this one again. Too small rooms and way to tricky heating system.

I was staying in Las Rozas 4 nights and as for business hotel this one really is cosy place. The rooms are spacious, but watch out their wifi does not work well on upper floor. Breakfast is very basic, but this is Spain. Dinner choice not too good, but you can find some places nearby. There is also pharmacy and supermarket just few steps from the hotel. I liked their gym as it is facing busy road and has nice panoramic view of Las Rozas. Staff is really friendly. « less
