A lot of Courtyards are located in suburban areas, but this one is pretty much in the city though not in downtown. It is not the nicest area, but this is a very nice Courtyard--contemporary decor throughout the hotel--rooms, hallways, lobby, and fitness center. Courtyards can also have A/C units that freeze over often, but this Courtyard provided helpful tips so that did not happen.
Pros: Comfortable rooms, modern decor, very reasonable room rates, very friendly customer service.
Cons: Not the prettiest area though I felt safe the whole time I was there. « less

Staff was helpful and pleasant. They have a cafe/bar that is open early and stays open fairly late. « less

Recently stayed here to visit friends in the area and everything was great. The staff is very friendly and well trained in Hospitality. Rooms were average - typical upgraded courtyard room-so no complaints. Parking is easy, and beds are comfy. AC worked great. The restroom was slightly dirty due to someone checking into the room then changing rooms and they must have used the bathroom-but hotel fixed this very soon. Would definitely stay here again. « less
