I was in town on business for a couple of days, and chose the Parlour for its great location and good reviews on TA. I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. There are numerous restaurants and good shopping in close proximity. No need to drive anywhere. I found the room to be very comfortable - the bedroom was spacious and the bed was great. They do have a 'pillow menu' so the standard, somewhat lumpy pillows were quickly replaced by far superior feather versions. I found the bathroom in room 205 to be a bit too small for my liking, with just a tiny shelf available for my use. I also found the wifi signal to be a bit "spotty". I also found that I noticed quite a bit of noise from the street during the night, although I am a very light sleeper, so may not be an issue for others. They do have an above-average restaurant - as they say, it's definitely not your typical hotel restaurant. I would stay here again, when in town for business or pleasure. Stratford is a delight. « less
We stayed in an older room and it was awesome.. Old charm is still available. Our meal was delicious at dinner and our breakfast was included which was so yummy....

I can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff who work there the are terrific making your stay memorable. The Hotel is close to downtown you can leave your car in the parking lot and stroll downtown. The rooms are beautiful and clean. It is more of a boutique hotel so very quiet and intimate. One of the finest Best Western's we have stayed at. « less

While working with and staying at the Best Western Plus The Parlour Historic Inn & Suites we experienced excellent customer service and we truly appreciate it and are highly pleased.
We were impressed with the level of attentiveness to our needs that each and every person at every level, gave us. From coordinating meal requests with Randy, to working on rooming lists with Shelley and Lorilyn, we really did feel like we were very well prepared heading into our intensive learning module.
Chef Max was wonderful in helping build wonderful menus and delivered everyday with what he promised – expertly prepared food, quality ingredients and portions to keep the guests fueled for the day. The dinner on our first night was not only delicious and beautifully prepared but thoughtful touches like centerpieces and buffet décor were used to put it over the top. Michael, Sam and Heather were always accommodating, respectful and quiet which are all things that are incredibly valued when we look at locations for our modules. On a daily basis we were grateful to have Ryan and Madison to work with as they responded to last minute requests and responded to dietary restrictions.
All of our guests enjoyed their stay in the guest rooms at the hotel. The front desk staff (Lindsay, Kala, and Lorilyn) was very attentive and again obviously skillfully trained in customer service. From initiating and taking care of taxi services for one of our VIP’s on a stormy night to the gentleman that was sweeping off the cars the next morning, across the board you all worked so hard to take care of us and it really has left an impression with us.
