Our rooms come with all of the amenities you would expect in a luxury Orlando hotel at an affordable price. We have no meeting space on property. We do have a coin operated laundry facility and an outdoor pool.

LONG BLACK HAIRS EVERYWHERE! No matter how many times our room was cleaned, long black hairs appeared everywhere! On the bed, in the towels, in the shower, etc. It was disgusting. Also, housekeeping was incredibly rude in the breakfast area and food was never well-stocked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Unless, that is, you like strangers' hairs in your bedroom. « less

PROS: My wife and I simply loved this place. It was clean an quiet. The hotel itself is very nice. Personally I found it comparable to Hard Rock hotel from San Diego (Gaslamp Quarter) although different price and different city.
CONS: The internet was a little slow, but not too bad.
Overall, there is no question whether we'll come back or not. The only question is when? « less

The Galleria Palms Orlando hotel was very nice. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was very courteous and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. It contained a mini fridge, microwave, coffee bar, blow dryer, ironing board with iron, flat screen t.v. mounted on wall. Breakfast was not exciting. There was eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, muffins, toast, and a variety of juices. We were looking for more hot items, such as waffles or pancakes. I will stay again. « less

We've been to this hotel before. We are very picky about cleanliness and also bout price. We travel a lot and like to stick with what works because we hate disappointments. Our first visit gave us a better rate and 2nd visit we paid little more but were very pleased with the room condition. Overall cleanliness is great and gernerally a quiet place to visit. If I have to complain about something it would be their "resort fee" of $7 per night which appears to be disseptive to me. If you quote someone a price it should be price plus tax not price plus tax plus hidden fee to get extra $7 out of you without knowing. But even with the fee I didn't like seeing I would deffinetly stay here again. « less

upon check in for my sons prom, we were greated by wonderful staff. when we arrived at our room, it was as pictured, no hidden things thus far. The t.v. was a 32 inch flat screen, there was a micro fridge and microwave, also a plus of the coffee bar/ 4 cup coffee pot, not mentioned before booking. as the night carried on, we could very plainly hear our surrounding neighbors, as if they were right in our room. when i contacted hotel staff, they took on the complaint first priority, and the noise did subside for about an hour. Unfourtunatley, it started again. At 4am, we finally fell asleep. Not a great nights sleep, but atleast the beds were comfortable, its too bad we couldn't enjoy them better. Before making our reservations, we reviewed some other sites, and most did say the walls were thin. Take it from us, THE WALLS ARE THIN. Other then this issue, our stay was enjoyable. , the maids weren't stingy on letting us have as many coffee grounds as we wanted. =) and pool was very quaint and refreshing. « less
