"Roach, no tv, lost Internet and power."

Although a lot of work has been done in hotel they are still working on it and I still have to pay a resort fee. We lost Internet a lot which meant no TV channels. No lock on bathroom door was weird because we share a room and my hubby was really upset about no tub. Took freezing cold showers every morning. The last straw was the roach in the bathroom. We packed our stuff and left. I did not go to front desk because all I got all weekend was excuses after excuses.

Broken Refrigerator. Drawer in between bed doesn't stay closed. Piece of chicken under bed never picked up dice checking in. Safe in bedroom kept beeping randomly in the night. Pictures and video of everything saved.

Overall, my experience was okay. My room was clean and roomy. However, having to hear everyone's conversation in the hall was not pleasant. I would have desired a better menu from which to select for various meals since I remained in the hotel the whole weekend. Having bar staff that are not bartenders was a let down. It was no fun having to hunt bar staff down to refill my beverage. Then having to pay 18% guaranteed gratuity while they did other tasks while serving drinks was a definite turn off for me.

Housekeeping would only come in and remove trash and dirty towels, would do nothing else. That includes not leaving clean towels, toilet paper, etc. Had to call down every day or go to front seat to tell them we needed that stuff. Was there for a dart tournament and on Saturday there were three different fire alarms. I heard one was just for housekeeping to clean. Really delayed the tournaments. All three added an hour each to the tournament.

"I Was Lied Too."

I came here for the BullShooter dart tournament and called the number on the flyer that was advertised. Booked my room over a month ago and was TOLD no resort fees by what I was told is one of your representatives. I get here and am told not only do I have to pay resort fees, but that the person I spoke with wasn't apart of their hotel. I then asked, if this was their number and they said yes. Then asked, how can I be routed to a different provider and nobody gave me an answer and pretty much said “deal with it” and to “dispute it” on my own. After that, they also charged $18 for a continental breakfast that most “resorts” have complimentary. This has all been a horrible experience from booking to breakfast. Also, the cleaning people came into our room and only emptied trash and didn't provide us towels or make the bed. Never will come back and tell everyone I know don't waste your time.

"Not as expected: very scary"

When we arrived the hotel did not have our information concerning the reservation, but since we had the printout they honored that. However, in looking at the charges for the hotel, they charged an additional $25 separately. We still do not know why. So the credit card company has their fraud division looking into it. As for appearance, the second we opened the door it smelled like a wet dog. There was hair on the bathroom floor as well as a woman's acrylic fingernail and tissue that was wadded up behind the toilet on the floor. The sheets also had spots on them. If it was not so late and the charge non-refundable we would not have stayed.

Enhanced Protection of Guestrooms and Public Spaces We are expanding our decades-long relationship with Ecolab to require the consistent use of Ecolab’s EPA-approved disinfectant products in all hotel guestrooms and public spaces across the U.S. This will be included in forthcoming updated brand standards and pricing information to be announced June 1, 2020 and will provide 90 days to come into compliance. The standard will cover use of Ecolab’s Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner & Disinfectant, approved by the EPA against COVID-19 (with 45 seconds ‘kill time’) and influenza and as a hospital disinfectant, and the use of Ecolab’s Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner.
