I have stayed at this hotel a few times, everytime I have went it has been no headaches like other in the area. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, none of the in room utilities were damaged or broken in any way. Hot showers, Although had to ask for more towels since there was only a couple in there, But the staff had them to me in a matter of minutes. The pool was really refresing and clean with no bugs or alge in the water. i left my sunglasses in the room and thought for sure that i would never see them again but i later called the desk and they had them under keepsafe till i could go retrieve them. Bottom line, this will be the only hotel i stay in wile visiting Norfolk, which is alot!! Only complaint was the not enough towels in room, but that was fixed in a jiffy.Close to the Airport is also a big plus « less

I thought its a std Ramada hotel and booked it. But it is a very low std motel which I experienced are: AC sounds like a big generator, turning on and off at the middle of the night. Commode blocks at the first flush itself. Total room smells like a storage room. Very low standard. And high price for this. Pls don't book it, you can definitely find better ones at a better price. « less
