The hotel itself was clean and customer service was good and helpful but the parking and club below our room was not good. You can hear patrons outside our room and music was loud when trying to sleep. We could not find parking after being at our event all day and when showing our pass were allowed in the lot but cars were doubled parked and we had to keep circling to get a spot while some partygoers were standing around in the lot. If I had a parking pass I should have been able to park in the hotel lot. The lot should be reserved for hotel guests only and not clubbers since we were paying for rooms. It was an inconvenience and guests should have been first consideration and not clubbers. Why give out passes when you were not considered priority? I could understand first come, first served but that should have been for guests only not partygoers and anyone else who was not paying for a room.

"Clean But Busy"

The hotel provided a clean place to stay. However, the noise from the club and people standing around outside were a huge problem as we were trying to get our young athletes to sleep for their morning performances. It was difficult for me to get to sleep before 3:00 a.m. Not sure what the weekdays are like, but I would not refer this location to anyone who is expecting to rest. Also, the parking, because of the club/lounge, was horrible when we arrived back from the Navy Pier. Nothing like my sister having to drop me and the girls off, and park blocks away and walk back with my son in an unfamiliar city. Perhaps you should leave the street parking for your party goers and not your hotel guests.
