It's pretty easy to get to anywhere via I75 or MLK. It has a nicely lit courtyard with a gazebo and plenty of shaded parking. « less

I stay at this hotel almost weekly when I travel for business. The staff there goes out of their ways to please the guests. Whenever I go there I know I am going to get top notch service. Lisa, Laura, and all the desk girls, oh yeah and Tim, make sure I have am exceptional stay. The food is good too! I recommend the ribs! The BBQ sauce is excellent. The sweet potato fries are great too! The bacon in the morning is delicious too, if you love bacon! « less

We just recently stayed here with about 120 friends and relatives for my daughter's wedding. Even with such a large group, our experience was wonderful. I worked with Cayla and Helen in the Sales office and they were just fabulous ... always available and friendly, yet experienced and professional. They worked with us on every detail. They also helped us set up catering in our suite for a Sunday morning breakfast that went beautifully. Many of the guests commented to me about how friendly the staff was and how nice the rooms, with such comfortable beds.
Cayla was going to be away on our weekend so she gave me her cell phone number and when I had a problem with one of the outside vendors (not even related to the hotel), I called her and she stepped right in and helped to get things resolved! What incredible customer service! « less
