From the time that you walk in you are greeted by a smiling face welcoming you. Starwood preferred guests attention: There is no better hotel that they have! Any time that I ever come to Central Jersey I would not stay anywhere else. The rooms are updated, amenities are impeccable, the restaurant has great food and I am always treated as a queen. Upon arrival this last time I had a bowl of dried fruit, nuts and berries along with a fresh strawberry. Parking is always free and you are treated as you would expect to be treated. The staff truly goes the extra mile to make sure there isn't a thing overlooked. Not to mention that the beds are comfortable but the pillows are out of this world. The bathroom is very spacious and plenty of counter space. I will come back here again and again. « less

I spent one night at the Sheraton Edison with my 9-year old daughter and the members of her dance team. If you are in town for a conference at the Expo Center, this is a clean, quiet hotel with a nice staff and decent amenities. The girls finished the night up with a late swim at the indoor pool and had a great time. If you have time, I would drive over to Main Street in Metuchen, NJ for dinner or great ice cream. Charming town just a 10 min. drive from the hotel. The Sunday breakfast buffet was just ok but my daughter ate for free with the package I booked so am not complaining for a total bill of $20. Thanks to the front desk for letting us check in before noon so our dancer could get dressed and ready for action! « less

Even to cheap hotel near Newark offered free wifi. The lobby and bar area are nice but nothing to write home about. Your stay will not be terrible but no tspectacular eiter. « less

I'm writing this review from my room at the Sheraton. At checkin, front desk was very friendly. However, when I used the bathroom in my first room, I found a used vaginal douche kit on the ledge next to sink (see picture). It totally turned me off to this hotel, as I am curious to what other housekeeping deficiencies I'm missing. The front desk gave me another room on another floor and gave me access to free breakfast which was appreciated. Nevertheless, given the douche kit size, there is no excuse for housekeeping to miss this. As such, I am uncomfortable in my second room even though it appears clean. « less
