We stayed at this hotel in Fort Collins this past weekend for a Mom's weekend at CSU. We were very impressed with the Hotel and it's staff. Josh Swayne and Keegan ? went over and above in their assistance to all of us. They were extremely helpful when looking for a place to eat and a trail to hike. We were given excellent directions around town and with a smile. We certainly will stay there again on our next trip back! « less

My daughter and I stayed here in April 2013. For about $100 (including tax) we had a nice 2 double-bed room with a sleeper sofa couch, which we didn't use. It was nice to be able to sit on a couch instead of the bed or a chair. Breakfast was usual fare: waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt. I requested (and was given a room on the top floo) so I don't have to listen to people possibly walking above me. Check-in went smoothly too. I would return there. « less

I would like to say that the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. When i check in to my room it looked very nice. But when I got settled in I found alot of trash an 2 dirty sock under my bed. My bathroom was very dirty it didnt even look like they cleaned the bath tub. I think they need to double check there rooms after the housekeeper is done cleaning because they missed alot of stuff. I wont be staying here again!!! « less
