I thought this hotel was a very nice find. It was a 10 minute walk to Disneyland and found the 711 on the corner very convenient. Felt safe and room was nice. Being downstairs I was woken up by the activity above but at the same time I was not there to sleep in. I would stay here again. « less

The customer service was fantastic! Their pool was closed, but we were able to have access to the neighboring hotels pool. It was a bummer that there wasn't a continental breakfast available. The bathroom was tiny, there were little spiders in there that we had to keep killing. We never use the top blanket at any hotel we stay at cause they never get washed and it was obvious here, on one of the beds there were big yellow stains on the white underside of the blanket......ewwww! And our feet were black from walking around on the carpet. In the description it said the hotel is across the street from Disneyland, however, it's across the street from the backside of the park so it takes probably 10 min to walk to the entrance. « less

We checked in on a two day Disneyland package witch was cheap and the hotel was cheap. I requested a frig and micro was two. Weeks prior of checking in and it was almost impossible until multiple call to desk. Asking for them.front desk gave me a frig that did not shut and next day a microwave the raddled very loud. The pool was supposed to be open and was not upon arrival no complimentary breakfast like I. Was told.poor communication with this hotel sense they use most of the Portifinos stuff just stay at portifino looks so much nicier.I would never recommended this place to no one. « less

This hotel was very basic, but yet comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I wasn't looking for a lot of amenities, just a place to put our stuff and sleep. The Jolly Roger was just that and very affordable. It was also within walking distance of the Disneyland parks and I was surprised by how well we slept every night. We didn't want to wake up early to get to our destinations, but dragged ourselves up to go anyway. The only thing we saw that would be nice would have been adding a towel rack in the vanity area. The hotel is very outdated, but from what I understand they have plans to build next door a new hotel and tear down the old empty restaurant. The vanity faucet handle broke while there. We could still use it and they hopefully fixed it after we left. We liked that the parking was free and it was easy to get to I-5. We also needed something to be mailed to the hotel and they had it at the front desk the next day. In all we had a very nice stay and I would recommend it to others. « less

Great location my 6year old could walk the 8 minutes to the front gate no problem. The Pool was a great surpise the kids loved it and was very clean. The down side was the quality... dirty, holes in sheets, hard rail in beds n flat pillows , no microwave or fridge. Watching the maids roll a dirty vacuum to clean was gross and the blow dryer had a years worth of dirt. If they actually took time to clean would have recommend for the price but will not. The front desk man was very nice. I take hotel responces to reviews seriously, which is why i booked because they state they live yp to guest expectations, but i assure u that it is crap responce to save face. Will not return. .. « less
