While the grounds and lobby are kept in great condition, the biggest negative was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Several hairs were found in the bathtub and the shampoo and hand soap were missing. The hotel staff promptly replaced all missing soaps and towels but it begs the question, if they missed the obvious while cleaning the bathroom, what else did they miss??? « less

This was a beautiful property, and although I stayed for a week, I only slept in the room for two nights. The rest of the week was spent at the Childrens Hospital due to having to fly there from florida for a specialist. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The bed couldn't have been more comfortable. « less

My room was an accessible room so upon arriving the toilet and shower looked a little scary to me! The room was very clean, didn't like the location facing the freeway, however, as a hilton employee I understand a group was in house so I didn't expect anything more. Overall staff was OUTSTANDING and friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Everyone had a smile and seemed tolike being there! Hotel is in a great location close to shopping and dining and very close to the beach! Great stay!!!! « less
