We stayed three nights as a base to explore the national park nearby. I was looking for a tranquil, relaxing stay and this is what we found here. Staff in general is very friendly, the hotel is clean. There is ample of parking space (we arrived by rental car), check-in was quick and the room was spacious and well appointed. The spa area is well maintained (two saunas and an indoor swimming pool). Breakfast was nothing to write home about (nor was breakfast service) but we had dinner twice and that was excellent. However, they cater to groups and that affects the atmosphere (and probably service) in a negative way. That said, I am looking forward to our future stay here. « less

Used this hotel for a base with another couple , we were upgraded to superior rooms overlooking the small golf course excellent spot to sit on balcony having a drink before dinner. Room was large, very clean and modern. The food for dinner and breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities looked very good but didn't have time to use them. I see in earlier review that breakfast was pricey we booked a package which included room and breakfast good value . Only thing that was poor was slow service for dinner but quality of food made up for this Would go back « less

Excellent hotel. happy and helpful staff. Surroundings are lovely. If the weather had been better it would have been even nicer. I was there with 2 grandchildren aged 5 and 11. The pool is terrific and they arranged for the children to have swimming lessons with a wonderful teacher. The rooms are very spacious and has a seperate shower. There are many things to do with children in the area. Breakfast was good but very pricey 22.50 Euro p.p. « less
