My room # was 113. directly across from the ice machine.. very noisy . a bit pricey but bathroom amenities were a plus!!! Bath and Body Works products! way to go Hilton!! I would stay again. « less

A wonderful stay yet again with a Hilton Garden Inn. Free parking and shuttle to Universal Studios, though we chose to drive the 1 mile and pay for parking there (out of convenience of being able to leave when we wanted and coming back for night life on the City Walk). The hotel was clean and the gym was just what I need on vacation. The staff was very friendly and the food was pretty good as well! « less

The room was not too modern but was very clean. I had a problem with the handsoap and body soap provided because they made my skin SUPER dry, so bring your own if you can. I did not get a chance to use the Tiki bar but the area around the pool was very nice and turned out beautifully in pictures. I feel like the dining options were a bit pricey but luckily there was a Denny's very close by so I had most of my meals there. The shuttle service to Universal Studios was convenient but the times are quite limited. The business centre was very useful as I was able to print tickets and other documents free of charge. The complimentary internet in the room was a bit slow for buffering videos, but fine for webpages. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, including the housekeepers. Overall a very good experience. « less
