Nice hotel right by airport. Free shuttle to and from and within a 2 mile radius of hotel.. Plenty of eating places right by there. The staff could not have been nicer.. I got recognized as a priority club member and got a goodie bag and recognition on their screen. Room clean and bed comfortable. The only thing is the carpet could use a good steam clean, and I did not get my wake up call after requesting it, but i woke up beforehand so it was good I did. lol.. The room had a balcony with chairs overlooking the courtyard. Overall a fine place to stay. « less

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was super speedy which is always important to me. The breakfast was good. I shuttled to the airport the next morning and you could not ask for a more friendly driver. When in Nashville needing to be by the airport I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend to others in my office. Last time I was in Nashville by the airport I stayed at the Holiday Inn Opryland-Airport. I would never recommend that hotel to business travelers. It is set up more for tourists who do not care about speedy Wifi (it was horrible, dial-up would have been better) or comfortable beds. This Holiday Inn Express is head and shoulders better for business travelers. Thanks for the good experience. « less

As with most of the Holiday Inn Express Hotels, this hotel is nice and clean. My room had a microwave and refridgerator even though the lady at the front dest told me it didn't at check in. The breakfast was great, enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. They also had eggs, sausage, biscuits, and pancakes every morning. I noticed some of the rooms on the second floor had balconies, but not all of them. The outside window in my room on the first floor actually faced a concrete wall. If I stayed here again I would request to be on the second floor. One of my main problems with the hotel was the side doors of the hotel are never locked. I came in late a couple of nights expecting to use my room key to get in but was not required to. So anyone who wanted to come in the side doors can do so without having a key or ever being seen by the front desk clerk. « less

I was treated nice at check-in and was quickly given my room key and explanation of how to find my room and parking instructions. the room was clean and the bed felt nice..slept well for the evening. I did note the hot and cold water was reversed on the bathroom sink but other than that all was fine. « less
