I love this hotel and wish that I could take it to every city that I travel. The walls may be a little too thin, but the hotel staff and rooms make up for it. I'm always greeted by name and acknowledged when I come into the hotel or down for breakfast. The rooms are modern and have a separate sitting area with a small kitchen, which is wonderful so I don't have to eat out. I love the bar/sitting area in the main lobby. It feels like home where you can play pool, hangout with friends, or grab something quick for dinner. I often have the tomato basil soup or chicken quesadilla. Small work our room, but it has the necessary equipment to have a good work out. Most of all, it is incredibly friendly and service is great. I just wish that every Hyatt House would be the same in each city or I can take it with me.
there are a few good restaurants close by the hotel. There is the skybar across the street, Seasons 52 by the mall. « less

I am extremely picky when it comes to hotels and I did not find one thing to be annoyed about.(Never happened before) The hotel is clean, trendy and comfortable. Very nice! I wish I could pick the hotel up and drop it everywhere I need to travel to. I will without a doubt stay there again when I need to come back to the area for work. « less

I have stayed at this hotel several times before because of its location within KOP and its value. This overnight trip was par for the course in terms of the staff and comfort and unfortunately also par for the course in terms of rowdy guests. Even though they now make you read and sign a code of conduct that does not deter the guests who believe this is their opportunity to regress to their frat house years. Someone threw up in front of the elevators on the third floor and, with great precision, in front of my door. Unfortunately the hotel did not have anyone from housekeeping available at 9:30 pm and the front desk staff had to make do by covering it with towels. I do not her name but I commend the young lady who completed this unpleasant task. Aside from this, great place to stay in the KOP area. « less

We stayed here for one night in early May. We had 2 fifteen-year-old girls with us. Therefore, we booked the King One Bedroom suite. It was nice that we had separate rooms and a door to close. It also has a full kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very flat. We were down at the end of the hall. That is by the highway. We were placed on the 3rd floor. The traffic was ridiculously loud all night. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. The free breakfast was fine. It just would have been nice to be able to sleep. « less

Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to provide feedback on your recent stay. I apologize if your experience was anything less than satisfying. Our goal is to not only meet the needs of each and every guest we serve, but to exceed your expectations to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I apologize that the down pillows were too flat for you; we provide a foam pillow in each closet and would be happy to set your room up with more upon request or prior to your arrival. Also, I apologize about any highway noise you experienced; I would be happy to personally assist you with a quiet room for any future reservations to ensure a good night sleep. Thank you again and we look forward to serving you in the future.
