My family had an opportunity to stay at this hotel for 2 nights during the Christmas and everything was absolutely fantastic.
At first I was bit hesitant about staying at an airport hotel but so glad we did. We stayed in Club Deluxe King room (54 sqm) with an unobstructed view of Incheon airport. The room was very large and our two little young ones slept on the floor with extra sets of blankets and pillows provided by the hotel.
We had access to the Club lounge for complimentary breakfast and appetizers in the evening and spread was wonderful. The hotel lobby had many Christmas decorations and fun events for kids at no charge.
I would recommend this hotel to any family just looking to spend quiet time lounging at hotel swimming pool and club lounge. I have to say highlight of our stay had to be an unobstructed view of Incheon airport. « less

Well worth using as an airport layover sited just minutes away from the main airport terminal. This hotel is beautifully presented, spacious and is staffed with well trained and competent staff. I over nighted in between long haul flights and was appreciative of the efficient reception, checkin and checkout procedures. Evidence of use by airline crews adds testimony to its status. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with all expected services and WiFi. A late evening buffet as part of the tarrif was more than adequate. Breakfast is my favourite meal and this was one of the best I have had with extensive choices from 3 service areas, yet with a retention of intimacy and privacy to enjoy a leisurely experience with excellent newspapers and WiFi connection. I used the superb spa/gym facilities for a good workout before reconnecting to another long haul flight. Altogether a refreshing and worthwhile stay which I will use again. « less

We stayed two nights at the hotel, courtesy of Korean air, on a layover between Auckland and Tel Aviv. The hotel was absolutely incredible, close to the airport, beautiful and luxurious. The staff was always at hand, ready to help with whatever was needed. We had two connected bedrooms for our daughters and ourselves, and they were both beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we might need. We also had all our meals at the hotel, courtesy of Korean Air. The meals were all delicious, with a great variety, with the breakfast being the absolute cherry on top, everything you could possible want or need. This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever been. « less

We stayed overnight when travelling between Brisbane and London. The shuttle was well organised to transport us to the hotel and check in was fast and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff can't do enough for you and the food in the restuarant was great with plenty of choice. Being so close to the airport, it was very quiet, we watched planes landing and taking off from our room but could not hear them at all. Our overnight accommodation was included in the price of our ticket by Korean Air so was a real bonus. « less

My wife and I stayed overnight when traveling outbound to Singapore and again on our return 2 weeks later. As a 2 million mile plus member of UA, I have stayed in many airport hotels. By far, the Hyatt Incheon is the best airport hotel I have ever experienced.
First, the hotel is really beautiful. A small army of extremely polite staff members met the shuttle and escorted us to a very effective check in. Our host then escorted us to our room and explained the many features. The bed proved to be extremely firm when just sitting on it, but proved to be perfect for sleep, with great linens and both foam and feather pillows. Room service breakfast, served at 4:00am in order to make an early flight, was delivered within 15 minutes and was very good.
Checkout was a breeze and again uniformed staff members were everywhere in the lobby to help us with baggage when boarding the shuttle.
On our return trip everyone seemed to know our name. We were welcomed back as returning guests and again escorted to our upgraded room. They also included free internet access for both my laptop and I-pad. (My only criticism during the first stay was that I hate to pay for internet access.) We had time for a leisurely breakfast and could chose from many dining options. Their unique restaurant complex, aptly named "8," consists of eight different types of restaurants, from a French bistro to a Japanese noodle bar. All restaurants are side by side in a beautiful open arrangement with lots of glass and great lighting.
In summary, I would be very happy with this hotel if placed in the middle of Seoul. To be an airport hotel with reasonable rates makes this a must see if traveling through Incheon. « less
