We stayed at the beginning of our Japan trip and will again at the end. The hotel is well located near Osaka Station (though the directions provided could be better!) and within walking distance of Nakanoshima. From welcome to departure staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. A good level of English is spoken. The rooms are a good size and extremely well equipped. We were upgraded and situated on the 37th floor with a magnificent view north over the railway station to the mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. « less

I had a brief but satisfying stay at the Ritz Osaka. I had a club floor room, which was very spacious- with a very comfortable bed , well appointed bathroom and a great view over Osaka. The club lounge had a very delicious breakfast spread, with Japanese breakfast options, great pastries and croissants, an omelette station, gourmet cheese and charcuterie, juices and espresso. The lounge also offered a nice happy hour with delicious savory and sweet snacks and drinks- enough even to forgo dinner, and a nightcap period as well with similar offerings. The large gym has a broad range of cardio and weights. The service is excellent throughout the hotel. In all, it is everything you would expect from a Ritz. « less

The hotel is stately with heavy European influences in the rooms and lots of dark wood and chandeliers in the lobby. I fell head over heels in love with the high-tech Japanese toilet in the bathroom! That toilet seat does everything!
We enjoy walking and pack light, so the underground passageway to the JR Osaka station was enjoyable for us. By the time we'd reached the hotel, we were stuffed with Japanese snacks sourced along the 10-15 minute stroll. For those with lots of luggage, consider taking a taxi or airport limo as they can drop you closer to the hotel. « less

From the moment we arrived at the Ritz in Osaka till we left, it was amazing. The staff was very attentive and service is just absolutely out of this world. Your needs were catered to in the most efficient and friendly way I have ever come across. The hotel interior is magnificent in every way and again the staff were just absolutely marvelous.I will recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience the best a hotel can offer, definitely a must experience, close to some nice eateries and within a stones throw to train stations that gets you to all the major areas « less

This was our last night in Japan and the sheer luxury of the rooms with wonderful views ensured we ended our Japanese holiday in real style. I don't think there was anything that could have made the rooms nicer and the service was impeccable. I will stay here again next time « less
