Stayed 2 nights over the weekend. The entire place stunk of stale smoke and air freshener. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful on our arrival but after the shift change that changed as well. Our room and bathroom were clean....no complaints there (once one got past the smell). No continental breakfast or even hot coffee. Do not be confused by the COMFORT INN sign in front of the building. A COMFORT INN this is not. Overall mediocre experience but again.....you get what you pay for « less

When our room was cancelled by Knights Inn in Springfield at the last moment, we were directed 10 miles down the road to the Broad Street Inn in Fairborn. Our room was about $25 cheaper for one night! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable -- which is exactly what we are looking for when we go anyplace overnight. The workers were very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay there again when we come down there for the Antique Extravaganza. If you are looking for cleanliness, quiet and a great price this is it! Have already recommended to some dealers from Michigan who do the show. Thank you! « less

When i pulled into the parking lot i was a little nervous, however the front lobby was very clean and the young girl at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in fast. The room was very nice for the price with my military discount we payed under forty. There was no breakfast but for the price we had no problem with going right next door to McDonald's. It was just just a few minutes away from the air force museum. So it was a great price and good hotel. « less

The property was about as run down as any Comfort Inn branded hotel I have stayed at. The front desk is polite, but the property itself is dirty, unmaintained, and suffering from what appears to be management cutting corners at every opportunity. Some of the maintenance items noted were stained carpets everywhere, ceiling tiles in the hallway moldy and falling through, holes in the shower ceiling, and no hot water. The cheapest option of everything was provided from shampoo to pillows to breakfast limited to toast or cereal. « less
