My family (husband, teenage daughter and son) stayed here one night on our way to and from Quebec for a spring break ski trip. It was just so excellent in every possible way you can imagine. Clean, comfortable, FRIENDLY, cozy, FABULOUS STAFF, can't forget special thanks to Carol our breakfast ambassador and overall Vermont touch of kindness. We hadn't been to VT in some years and remembered why we love Vermont so much. I could go on and on but there is just so much that I just want to say this inn is PERFECT. We can't wait to come back next winter and stay longer, make our vacation there and ski at Jay and Burke and Craftsbury. OH and before I forget, I need to find out how to buy the same bed pillows they use! Our lodging experience at Mont Ste Anne in Quebec was quite disappointing so it was especially nice to come back to YOUR hotel on the way home. Your breakfasts are a hundred times better than what we paid dearly for all week at our so-called four star hotel in Quebec. YOUR place is truly fabulous and our stay was a totally positive experience, for a reasonable price. THANK YOU!!!! « less

YAY US...GO TEAM!!! Every once in a while a review just "hits the spot". We really needed this today. We spent this past weekend saying "congratulations", "good-bye" and "hope to see you again" to dozens of Lyndon State College families. They were visiting one last time to attend the graduation of their sons/daughters. It is amazing how attached we become to the families over a four year period. We do the same with our vacationing families and I hope to meet you next year during your skiing vacations. Thank you for recognizing all the effort and hard work of my team members. I will pass your kudos along to Carol. I have to agree, she is wonderful.

From one Brett to another..glad to hear you enjoyed the hotel and your time with us. Thanks for sharing your experience with the world on TripAdvisor. You mentioned our arcade in your review. Unlike a lot of hotels that have a closet with two or three games in it, we actually have a full fledged arcade. All ages find some form of entertainment in our arcade. We have pinball, state of the art video games, a dance machine, air hockey and a nice pool table. Its a great place to spend some down time.

I am on the road seven months out of the year, I spend almost every other month in Hotels along with multiple other staff, I have yet to have a bad experience here. The rooms are very spacious, with many amenities, WIFI, Pool, Hot TUB, a Gym and an arcade! The staff goes out of their way each and every time to make sure we are all taken care of. I call the front desk and they now us by name! Each and every time I have a request it is met with a positive response and dealt with immediately. The breakfast is always warm and clean with multiple choices! Even though they are not the closest Hotel to our mobile location, it is worth the extra travel time! « less

My personal favorite are the waffles, with real maple syrup! We are looking forward to our next stay here! I do wish there was an onsite restaurant for dinner, but other than that I have no complaints at all. « less

I agree we need and have needed a onsite restaurant. You never know who's going to read these reviews and my responses, so on that note...we have a permitted pad in the front of the hotel to welcome a quality restaurant. I have managed this hotel for thirteen years (since the day it opened) and grew up in the food and beverage industry. A quality restaurant with a small bar would have people lined up out the door (just from the hotel's guests alone...nevermind local patrons).
