We stayed here for one night, doing park/sleep/fly. The hotel wasn't anything special. Pretty basic, but it was clean & that's what we care about. When we arrived, the front desk was great! They joked around with us & got things set up for the shuttle the next morning.
The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not, so neither my wife or I slept very well.
Breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. It had sausage, eggs, omelets, biscuits & gravy, etc. All fresh.
The morning we were waiting for our shuttle, the front desk was busy. One of the ladies was pretty rude to the person she was speaking with on the phone. When she got off the phone, she had someone ask her for a local place he could drop off his dry cleaning to pick up later. Instead of helping him find a close place, she kept telling him they'd take care of it for him at the front desk, even after he kept telling her that's not what he wanted. Finally, he just told her he'd figure it out himself and left.
The business center printer wasn't working, so a guy told the front desk. They told him they'd check it, but never did. He waited for a while, then just left without printing his airline ticket. I thought it was a little inconsiderate that the front desk didn't let him use the office computer to print. Another hotel did that for me once when I wasn't able to print.
The shuttle service was great & had lots of room. Pickup after was quick & easy. Hotel is very close to the airport & Mall of America, so location is great.
We didn't use the pool or fitness center, so I can't say what they're like.

Stayed here for a weekend with my family in two average rooms. My brother had booked the hotel because he was a platinum member and when he booked was told they would upgrade him to suites when he checked in and well that didn't happen.I thought their standard rooms were pretty small for the price. The beds were ok but not sure who decorated the rooms because there was a lamp on the nightstand so big it took up darn near the whole thing so you didn't have any room to set any thing down. Sorry just had to get that out. The room had a fridge and small coffee maker which was nice, but we didn't have any shampoo which wasn't a big deal just an inconvenience when your ready to take a shower. We were in town to go to the mall of america and wanted a hotel close and had a shuttle to the mall which is a big reason we picked this hotel. Well it only runs once each hour starting at 10am to the mall. We wanted to get there early and go to the aquarium that opened at 9am with our group of nine but they wouldn't accommodate us so we ended up driving to the mall instead. The one thing they do right is the breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The kids loved the pancake machines. The pool was kinda small but the kids only care if its wet. I probably wouldn't stay here again. In the future my brother won't be picking the hotel. « less

The room was freezing cold, we called the front desk, they sent the maintenance guy up and he said he fixed it. 3 hours later, the room was freezing again. We couldnt sleep all night and our daughter woke up with a sore throat, Not a very nice experience. « less
