While choosing a hotel for our first visit to Toronto, the Park Hyatt was always one of our top choices, so we are extremely pleased we were able to stay here. The hotel is a beautiful and quiet property, everything one would expect from a Park Hyatt. The public areas are pleasant and our deluxe king room was clean, large, and comfortable. The nightly turn down service was especially nice
The hotel is conveniently located in the Yorkville district with a huge array of shopping and dining options to choose from. The Royal Ontario Museum and University of Toronto are a short walk from the hotel, as are the Museum and Bay Street metro stations. We had a long list of restaurants in Toronto, but ended up eating primarily in the immediate area, within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The Oxley Pub, Ciao Ristorante, Dynasty Chinese Restaurant, Over Easy, Second Cup and the Gelato Simply Italian shop were some of the wonderful places we patronized.
I think what sets this hotel apart though, is the exceptional level of courteous, professional service and attention to detail from the entire staff. From bellmen, driver, housekeepers, concierge and front desk personnel, everyone at the hotel made an effort to help make our stay a pleasant and memorable one. We would not hesitate to stay at the Park Hyatt again on our next visit to Toronto and highly recommend it as an option for fellow travelers. « less

We stayed at the Park Hyatt for a week. The hotel is very nice and the service was fantastic. Our room was in the North tower (new one), we had room 1434 a great view of downtown Toronto. The room was one of the Respire rooms (ALL allergy sufferer advised), which was large and will appointed. Nice size bathroom with everything you need, except toothpaste. Every other Hyatt we have stayed in provides toothpaste. The location of the hotel is perfect, with tons of shops and restaurants in the area. Great gym and spa. The roof top lounge is a MUST!!! Fantastic staff, we were always taken care of by Gary and Vex. It can get very busy up there, but it's worth it, and for all of you cigar smokers (Americans) you can get Cuban cigars in the lounge. Highly recommend staying here. « less

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Park Hyatt Toronto for 6 nights. From checking in to checking out our stay was fantastic and every staff member we met along the way pleasant, helpful and friendly.
The bathroom was large, spotlessly clean and there were plenty of towels. The bedroom was large in size although it did only have one bedside table which was strange. The living area was such a comfortable space and we really enjoyed having somewhere to relax outside of the bedroom. There were two large closets in the room that accommodated all the items you bring on holiday and never use! The Hotel dining room was lovely and the service was excellent. We only ate lunch here on one occasion but both our meals were fantastic. The location of the hotel is ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. Yorkville’s many shops and restaurant were so close and we were recommended some lovely places to eat by the concierge who give us options of cheap and cheerful as well as high end. The Metro stop was down the street so we could us the Park Hyatt as a base and shop and sightsee easily. I can’t wait for our next stay in the Park.
Thank you for choosing us as your hotel of choice for your six night stay. It is always important to us that our guests feel welcome and comfortable during their Park Hyatt Toronto experience – and we are pleased that you did.
Your feedback regarding the bedside table has been noted, and I will be sure to share it with our team.
We are also looking for your return visit.
Best Regards, -Gail Aihoshi Executive Offices Park Hyatt Toronto
