I would have rated the Doubletree lower because of the tried rooms but the cheerful, "good morning", "welcome", "may I help you", etc., from every staff member that I encountered prevents me from doing so. If you can overlook the flaws in the rooms and focus on the service then I know you will enjoy your stay. « less

I was staying at the Doubletree with about 700 other people and though there were a few glitches, the staff was the best and the experience was great. The desk staff and guest services staff were always ready to help even if it meant helping print boarding passes. There was a local family staying and using the pool, which only enhanced the experience. I stayed six days and the cleaning staff noticed my habits and accommodated them immediately. It is impressive that staff would take such note of the guests and work with them any way possible. « less

We were at this hotel for a 4 day conference. We have stayed there before on business and liked it but it is getting a little tired and some of the rooms need an update. Our room was very large and clean, beds were adequate. It is very close to the airport so that is a good thing. The food is good but pricey as is most hotels. Parking was $20 a day with in and out privileges which is fair. The concierge desk was great the two guys I talked to knew their stuff. « less
