We stayed at Hotel Sepia for the 2nd time this weekend and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is very modern, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly and the lunch buffet tastey. Best of all the price is very reasonable. Any time I stay in Quebec City I would stay there. « less

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. The staff was very helpful when we asked questions. The room was very clean and modern, a little bit small but that wasn't a problem.
My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin... I really needed my sleep and had a real hard time sleeping because we could hear what was going on in all the rooms around us. I could hear TV’s and people laughing and that was really early in the morning after New Year’s Eve! It's too bad since the bed and linens were soooo comfortable!
You could hear people in the hallway almost like your door was open but it wasn't ... Also I think they charged for the in room coffee and if not then it wasn't clear if it was free we didn't take a chance but could have really used a cup of coffee before heading back home.
We really liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.
We took the bus to go to the New Year's Eve festivities and it was a short and convenient commute to La Grande Allee. And no chaos of finding parking! « less

Bonjour!
A very sincere thank you for having taken the time to fully review our hotel and to share your comments. I’m glad that you’ve enjoyed your stay as well as our new décor. As for the coffee in the rooms, it is charge when the client uses the Nespresso cup. Here at the hotel, we decided to charge the coffee only when it’s use because if a client doesn’t want to use the Nespresso cup, they don’t have to pay for it in the price of the room.
Again, thank you for your feedback. It was a true pleasure to have you stay with us and we hope you will visit us again at the Hotel Sepia the next time you are in Quebec City.

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"The web site was of tremendous value in identifying and securing our hotel. It's like having our own personal travel coordinator." S.J. - Detroit, MI
"hank you! I will definitely be recommending your service to others I know. It made the confusing task of booking a hotel block easy as pie! I can't imagine how tedious it would have been to call each of the hotels- and who would want to when they all competed for our business instead? :)" C.T. - San Marcos, CA
