The staff were super friendly and the lobby area was a great place to meet with people and just hang out. There was complimentary food, and beverages for breakfast and dinner available in the lobby. The location was close to everything you might need - stores, restaurants, gas, etc. Plus, it was an easy drive into Buffalo from there. I would stay there again without hesitation. « less

This was a substitute hotel, with our approval, as a replacement for our existing reservation at their sister location. We were given an upgraded room for our relocation inconvenience but, apart from that, this hotel was great. In and out this hotel is very clean, right down to the parking lot. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The continental breakfast area is like a fine dining restaurant with ceramic plates and stainless cutlery. The breakfast selection gave every variety of hot and cold choices. The hotel is right off an exit for I-290 and easy to reach. There are a variety of shopping choices right down the street. We had a 2 room suite and if that's what you like, it was comparable to a cozy condo with everything you need. « less

The pool - especially the whirlpool - is perfect, water is clear... even if a bit dried my skin... Fitness Room is right enough, business room is more than enough... :-) « less
