I had a late check in at about 7p. The check in was fast and the lobby looked clean. There is one elevator and the hotel has 10 floors. I stayed in room 610. The room was a double bed room for me, my mom and daughter (Mothers Day weekend). The room was small, the bed sheets had like a cigarette burn in it. We are very clean and cleaned our own room each morning so I think room service saw this and didnt really bother to clean any more. They gave us new towels but no new sheets or cups. We had to request them. Breakfast on the 10th floor was your basic continental breakfast but I am very appreciative that they offered it. One less thing to think about. I ate toast with jelly, oatmeal, danishes, coffe and fruit. It was great plus the views were breathtaking. The hotel had a pool which we didnt use and was very nice. Overall I think people are too picky, yes you are spending your money but this is where you sleep. I dont travel to stay in my room. I give the hotel a 9 out of 10, service an 8 out of 10, breakfast an 10 out of 10 and location a 10 out of 10. Im not that picky. I would definitely stay here again without a second thought. Please dont let hateful or negative reviews sway you to stay somewhere else. On my last trip I stayed at the Beach house Hotel which is across the street and on this trip I sat out on their beach beds each day and night. 6 steps! you cant beat it. I will def share photos when I get a chance. « less

We stayed here for 7 days - 6 nights. Good price and the only place with rooms for that length of time. The hotel needs a major renovation..... Room was shabby but very clean. Breakfast was basic, but the 10th floor room had a gorgeous ocean view and the attendants were really nice! You cannot beat the location! Cross the street to a great beach, close to everything! The best part was the staff. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon. The front desk attendant, Osvaldo was so nice and helpful! He provided us with a ton of information and friendly advice as our room was getting ready (we checked in 2 hours before check in time) The bellhop lady was very nice and friendly...forgot her name, but really nice girl! Yeah, the hotel could use a renovation, but we didnt spend a lot of time in the hotel room. We were so tired by the end of each day that all we cared about was to have a clean room and a hot shower, which we did. Friendly, helpful staff and a great price! « less

Breakfast was basic served on everything plastic. We left the hotel around 11am and went to the ship. I find P.R is so over priced none of the hotels are worth the money. This was our last cruise out of San Juan, the immigration hassle at the airport plus extrem hotel prices it´s just not wort it. « less
