We are a full service facility with an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, gift shop, exercise room, restaurant and lounge. Our conference center features our "Heavenly Dream Sleeper Beds". These rooms have either two queens beds or one king bed which features a pillow top mattress. They are tripled sheeted, covered with a down filled comforter, and topped with four down filled pillows. We can set up to 120 people classroom style in the banquet area, or 20 people in a "U" shape set up in one of our meeting rooms in the conference center. We can seat three hundred for a banquet in the ballroom.

I booked this place online from the reviews. Booked 2 nights stayed 1 the lounge/ restaurant have no idea what they are doing in the kitchen in the rooms they clean around things, make sure you bring wipes. You can hear a door shut at night from almost anywhere in hotel. The air conditioner is barely adequate to make it livable. Cobwebs on ceiling and the comforter was dirty. The is a 1/2 inch gap all around door. And when you go outside you feel like you might get mugged. I may never stay in another ramada after this. 2nd night I'm going to the Marriott springhill. « less

Our recent stay was at the Ramada in Waukegan Illinois. The staff was pleasant and our room was clean. The property is outdated and in much need of a major facelift.
The service was excellent. The rooms could be recarpeted, remove popcorn ceiling. Repainting of walls. The free breakfast was excellent lots of variety.

Because of this our first impression wasn't good. But the rooms were very clean and attractive. The food in the restaurant was very good. They provided us with shuttle service to the naval base. The price was reasonable. « less
