I thought I was in Chuck e Cheese when I first walked into the Hilton's lobby because there so many of them. Because of a kid's soccer tournament being held that day, I almost turned around and left to back home. But I didn't and I was thankful for that decision because I enjoyed my stay after all that commotion. In the chaotic atmosphere of the lobby, the front desk staff remained calm and professional. I was given a room in the executive floor (the 8th) and a pass for free breakfast in the executive lounge which was in the 7th floor. I enjoyed the hotel, my bed, the shopping in the area (the Altamonte Mall is less than half a mile away) and the little guests that kept running around all day and all night long :) « less

Go with a Starwood Preferred Hotel my friends! They will never let you down like Hilton's continuously seem to do! My company planned to have a meeting here so I thought I would stay here for the convenience! I originally asked for the best room they had because I was a little skeptical! I arrived at the hotel and found the libby to be nice and clean! I then checked into an 8th Floor Executive Townhouse Suite Room only to find it dark, dingy and dirty! I was then switched to a Parlor Suite which seemed a little better then I went to get in the bed to find bugs crawling in it!! Ugh!! Drive 10 mind further North and go to the Westin Lake Mary! It's pure Luxury! The Super 8 is probably better than this Hilton!! « less

We had some issues checking in. Despite a printout with seven separate rooms with seven separate confirmation numbers, four of us were somehow sharing two rooms. 20 minutes later it was sorted out but no apology or explanation given. The bar and waitstaff as well as the food at U Restaurant were fantastic. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too high and I had a headache upon waking each morning. For $100 it is ok. But there are other hotels in the area I prefer instead. « less
