Not clean but if someone wants something clean will avoid Turkey. Poor service with little communication. The location in the map is near the old city which is good but the Aksaray area is awful after 22:00 and not suitable for women and children. The rooms were OK and the beds were great but toilets were very smelly and they change towel every 3 days if you do not ask anything additional. Breakfast OK, just OK. Do not take the airport transfer service they will not come and metro is very near. « less

We stayed for seven days in hotel. Good location, near train station, bus stop and tram. Not so quite, but who want peace maybe Istanbul is not city for him. :) Rooms were clean. Food, breakfast was ok, tasty but same every day. Staff ok, polite and kind. I would go there again mostly because it's good value for the money. « less

After a long search through a dozen of hotels in Istanbul, this was a very good pick ! The staff ware really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, we've got a room with the corner view of the Maramara sea. Free internet. The breakfast was superb. It's about 10 minutes walk to tram stop and another 10 minutes for tram ride to central Istanbul. We had a walk by the sea towards the Blue Mosque, and that took us about 40 minutes. Several grocery shops are around the corner. Very easy to get to Ataturk by metro (10-15 minutes walk to Aksaray stop from the hotel). Thanks ! « less

This is a nice and clean hotel very close to all the attractions and restaurants. The Manager Kamil Canca was very helpful and speaks English very well. We were a group of eight family members and we found the hotel good value for the money. Breakfast was good and had a variety. All the staff were very helpful. The Hotel picked up our group from the airport and arranged to drop us back as well. The charge was reasonable( Fifty Euros for the group one way). The hotel does not have very good views unless you are on the higher floors (limited). The terrace area, we were told was closed for the winter. The tram station is a 5-7 minute walk and access to Sultanhamet and the grand Bazaar were two stops or a nice 15-20 minute walk. There were several bureau de change (Doviz) on the main street and a number of eating place. The Yonkapi fish restaurants are about a 5 Minute taxi ride from the hotel.
Taxi's not allowed to drop you at the Hotel front door but the hotel can arrange for them to pick you up on your way out. « less
