Check in was swift and the front desk staff was welcoming. The room was big. The free breakfast is a great amenity. My sole issue is with housekeeping. They threw away personal items of mine. The items were on the couch so there was no mistaking it as garbage. Samantha the front desk clerk showed true concern and did all she could to address and provide concessions. So do not trust housekeeping. Hyatt has not taken the appropriate measures. But it was a good stay overall.
