The room wasn't clean. It needed a Clorox wipe taken to all the doors and windows and the bathroom needed bleach on the floors and bathtub. The front desk staff wasn't rude but also didn't seem to care if you were there nor wanted to smile to greet you. Was looking for a business travel partnership hotel. This one isn't it.

The Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest is centrally located between the Galleria and downtown Houston. We have 216 spacious guest rooms, each with complimentary high speed internet, two telephones, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, complimentary bottled water and a USA Today.Complimentary high speed wireless internet throughout the hotel, a business center, fitness center, outdoor pool, laundry/dry cleaning, complimentary parking, Hertz Rent-A-Car located in the lobby, Lobby Restaurant, Lobby Bar, and Room Service. We offer breakfast, and dinner service daily.There are 150 restaurants within 1.5 mile radius, Galleria Mall is 2.5 miles away, University Village is 1 mile and Highland Village is 1.5 miles away.We are minutes from Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, Reliant Center & Stadium, George R.
