This Hilton maintains the good tradition established by the DoubleTree brand. On a week long business trip in April I found the staff welcoming and helpful, the rooms are a good size and well furnished with free WiFi throughout the hotel. The bar area is comfortable although lobby style. The restaurant has a good menu selection of both local texmex style as well as international cuisine - good fare but not fine dining. Well placed withiin 10 mins drive of the Richardson telecoms corridor as well as easy access to main routes to downtown Dallas either by road or DART. There are a few restaurants around the hotel but few within real walking distance. « less

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is great value, clean rooms with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. I took advantage of the shuttle service. They were able to find a place for me to have my dress altered, bring me there, then back to pick it up, as well as dropping me off at a shopping center, and giving me the number to call to be picked back up. Never waited more than 10 minutes. Internet in the room was very convenient. « less

I've stayed at this hotel twice for business and was pleased both times. The complimentary hotel shuttle (within 5 miles of the hotel) was very convenient when I needed to get to the office each morning and the breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality. I was especially surprised by the quality of the continental breakfast buffet, which comes complimentary with any hot meal or can be chosen as a solo option. It contained a variety of fresh fruit, baked goods, yogurt (greek and traditional), oatmeal, and more. The rooms were clean and well kept and the equipment in the fitness area was high quality. The pool area looked inviting as well, although I did not use it. The staff was also very friendly, which is always nice. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in town. « less

Thank you for the review, and glad to hear you and your children enjoyed your stay, including our breakfast! Our cold buffet and cooked-to-order hot items are a great way to start the day, and I'm glad you enjoyed it.
