Stayed at the Hilton for a work conference. Was able to attend conference as well as travel downtown on the light rail and explore the sights. The hotel had hourly shuttle service to the Mall of American which was perfect. There is also an IKEA nearby. Nice running trail next to the hotel, but they also had excellent exercise equipment. Top of the line treadmills. « less

Hilton Honors lounge - nice, current, fresh and well stocked. This lounge is the kind of place you could conduct business in, or simply relax and unwind as it has three distinct areas. The staff does a great job. Hotel staff outside of the lounge do an excellent job of hosting meetings and were able to accomodate a working "cocktail" hour for us as we need to continue to work but wanted some snacks along with beer and wine for 30 people. Ad hoc request was handled quickly, efficiently and with class - well done. Front desk staff well trained and friendly. Transportation to and from airport was as promised. Cocktails in the bar - fairly prices and the atmosphere has a nice vibe. Dinner on premise was excellent.
Rooms are very comfortable. Quiet and well appointed. I have stayed at this property three times and look forward to returning when business calls again. I like this hotel so much I would stay there on my own dime. « less

I've been meaning to write a review on this hotel for 8 months now. I started staying at the Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington.in early 2012. I heard from colleagues, and Trip Advisor, that this was a really good Hilton. That was an understatement. I travel for business at least 35 out of 50 weeks a year. This is one of the best hotels that I've ever experienced The service is outstanding. From the front desk to the bellmen, the room service to the concierge lounge - everyone treats you like you are the single most important customer to them. IN addition, their staff can handle a minimum of 6 languages. And, after staying several times, they have me checked in before I even get to the front desk - at times the shuttle driver has my keys ready for me when they pick me up at the airport. They go above and beyond. Highly recommended. « less
