The hotel offers many complimentary services I used that other area hotels dont offer or are excessively priced. Breakfast, dinner four nights a week, Wi-Fi that worked, business center in a comfortable location and small gym. Laundry machines were available in a room key access area for 75 cents a load with three washers and three driers. Staff was friendly and helpful. « less

We stayed here for one night in early Spring of 2013. The temperature control was really messed up and made the the room very hot (or cold if you turned the system off). We called the front desk and the guy suggested that we reset the thermostat or open the window. We reset the thermostat but it did nothing. He did mention that they had this complain before and had not yet fixed the problem. It was getting late and our kids were falling asleep, so we just lived with it. The next morning as I was checking out I mentioned the situation to the manager on duty, Mr. MacMillion (?). He was very apologetic and to my complete amazement refunded our charge. I have never seen this kind of customer service. Just for this action, I would stay here the next time. « less
