Very glad you enjoyed your stay with us, my staff works very hard to make our hotel the nicest in the downtown Omaha, Eppley airfield area.

Not positive this was the problem, but the hot pots are kind of confusing to use, because there is a safety switch built in too shut it off once the water boils, you have to push down the clear switch on the back of the pot handle to start the water boiling after pugging in. I have owned one for years and sometimes still forget to do so, because it seems like it should work when plugged in.

I hope you told the desk staff so they can ensure it's at least looked into the issue. Thanks so much for your positive comments and we look forward to serving you in the future.

My staff all work very hard to keep this the nicest hotel in the Airport and downtown Omaha area, thank you so much for your compliments about my staff, it shows them how their hard work pays off.

As far as an elevator goes, I'm am currently waiting on 3 more bids and then it will be a cost benefit decision. I hope it's in our budget because I know our customers will appreciate it.

Thank you for your feedback about the hotel any concern of a customer is important to us.

The pool and hot tub chemical levels are constantly monitored by very sophisticated electronics and they are manually checked 9 times a day. The levels of free chlorine and PH are set by the state so it not possible for us to change the levels. We can only make sure they are within limits and as swimmer load increases the amount of chlorine in the pool area is also increased to make the water safe.

Although I know of few economy hotels that have an elevator, it is something we have been getting bids on to see if we could fit an elevator into our future budget. I know it’s something our customers would appreciate and we are here to serve our customers.

Our bedding is being completely replaced by the end of the year, but we always monitor and replace any item worn or stained immediately.

I’m unsure of how our hallways could be lit any better considering we have 39 light fixtures in the second floor hallway and 33 light fixtures in the first floor hallway.

As far as noise goes it’s always a concern in a hotel because people come and go at all hours unlike most residences. If you had a problem with noisy guest or neighbors I would hope you contacted the front desk so we would have a chance to resolve the issue. We place all our guest comfort ahead of any single noisy guest.

Lastly, there has not been a single complaint about a PTAC (heater A/C) unit this month and we have not had to repair or replace one for over 2 months. I hope if something in your room was not working correctly you let us know at the time, or at least when you checked out, so the next person had everything work for them.

I’m very sorry your stay with us was not up to par, my employees work very hard to make guests stay the nicest possible. We are certainly the nicest hotel at the best price in this area.

I hope you give us another chance to prove we are a great place at a super value.
