The room has an electrical air scenting device. This can be as offensive as a cigar smoke filled room. I unplugged the device immediately and left the room for several hours. There is no window to open to get air into the room. The next day house service reactivated the scenting making device. Ugh. In the morning I went to the lobby to get a yogurt, coffee, etc. I walked into the breakfast bay area only to get double teamed by the staff. The coffee source was a Starbucks coffee machine. The servers were wanting to rush me to a table. I asked where was the typical lobby coffee, and I was told that got removed at 6 am. I'll take most any hotel over this one; $175/night.

All our requests were met with a smile. We really enjoyed this top notch hotel. Rooms were beautiful and well equipped. Really appreciated the courtesy van and the drivers. Thank you for an all girls week-end that was a real hit with my family.
