The Best Western Plus Inn at Valley View is a newer mid range hotel. It's conveniently located off the highway within the Valley View Mall and it's surrounded by similar properties offering you a number of options.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained and it's certainly a value at the price they charge. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.
Their only shortcoming is a modest breakfast served in an undersized room with too few choices and too few tables to feel comfortable. « less

I like to give credit where credit is due. This property was well priced ($75) using a coupon. It was quiet because of its construction. The bed and chair was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. But the breakfast situation was very poor. The breakfast area had only 4 tables and 14 chairs so was overrun. A front desk person seemed to be doing both check out and breakfast supply replenishment. One morning they ran out of milk fifteen minutes after opening. And although the room was reasonably clean overall, the heating/ac unit control was very dirty as were the light switches. This place could become worthy of its previous ratings but it didn't live up to them when I was there. « less

When I pulled up to the door, I was greeted at the door by the friendliest clerk I have ever meet. He was very helpful and reminded me about my rewards card. Got a very clean room with a king bed which rates among the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The only drawback of my stay was the size of the breakfast room. It was a little small and cramped. « less
