We recognize that some of the most important features of selecting a property for your meetings are location, ease of planning, flexibility and quality customer service. Harrah’s Las Vegas’ location can’t be beat, and our approach to customer service is second to none in the hospitality industry. As Wendy Farrow with Toastmasters International said, “Harrah’s Las Vegas is committed to service. The entire team was obliging, helpful and efficient. If I needed something, someone was there before I could even turn around. I would highly recommend Harrah’s Las Vegas to anyone.”
Our location is one of the best in town. On the Las Vegas Strip, in the heart of it all, you will find us. After a busy day of meetings your attendees will find all of the entertainment, food, and action they could want all within footsteps.
Our 25,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space is all in the same spot, so you can keep everything and more importantly everyone all together. And even better yet, it’s on the 2nd floor, so your attendees can take the elevator from their rooms directly to their meeting. For you, this means they should never get lost or be late.
We have a designated team of Conference Service professionals to assist you with the entire meeting planning process. From beginning to end they will be there to guide you through the process and ensure the success of your meeting. They will help you select your menus, ensure proper room and audio/visual set-up and even work with you to plan your entertainment.
Flexibility is the name of our game. If you want to plan a large pool party, or want to use a restaurant for lunch, or maybe reserve a hospitality area for your VIP’s to gather, we can do that.
Our location, flexibility and customer service is what makes Harrah’s Las Vegas the place of choice for meeting planners. Experience all Harrah’s has to offer so you can say what Marlena Cardenas with QUMAS had to say, “If I could have my way, all of our conferences would be held at Harrah’s. It is still, by far, the BEST conference we have had and we are STILL receiving rave reviews from attendees.”

We arrived at hotel early from Sydney Australia so decided to check in and pay the $25 early checkin fee. Guy at reception was like a robot, his words just rolled off his tongue like he has said them over 1000 times and hardly ever looked at you. After dropping the bags off in room went off and had lunch. I come back to room 2 hrs later by myself and the room key did not work. Very annoying, as anyone that knows Las Vegas, to go to reception is a massive hike! I get one of the house keeping ladies to ring security to come up and let me in. I wait over 40 minutes and still no one came. Lucky my mother arrived back with her key and I could get in. Paying early checkin was a complete waste as by the time I got in my room, it was normal check-in time anyway. So should of left bags with concierge. Rung reception and told them that Im annoyed paying the $25 and not being able to get into room for 40 mins, they did not care what so ever!!! Rooms are dated, location good. « less

Nice property, good buffet but watch out for the added fees. Taking a cue from the airlines: Extra fees for early check in, late check out, $20 daily resort fee only covers one wifi device, even a $ 5 extra fee to print your boarding pass! Maid doesn't come around until 4 pm. Overall Poor customer service. Buffet is good but service nothing to write home about. The Ballys chain is apparently following the airlines in ripping off their customers with additional charges to the max the traffic will Bear. Next Vegas trip we will go to a non Ballys/Harrahs casino hotel. It's too bad because they brought a 3-4 star hotel to a 2 star through excessive greed. I guess dropping money at their gambling den isn't enough. Also, they might take some of those extra fees and replace the dilapidated and disrepaired pool chairs, and hire more maids so rooms will be cleaned before 5 pm. Overall a real lack of effective management and little to no attempt to make the customer feel valued. They will eventually end up as hated as the airlines if they don't reform! Meanwhile I am sure there are Vegas hotels that actually WANT our business, now and into the future. Hopefully all of them have not gone the nickel and diming route that apparently is the Ballys/Harrahs new business model. « less

The Paris hotel was in a great (central) location on the strip. The rooms seemed average but the lobby/casino area was very nice and the theme made you feel like you were outside in Paris. We were only here for 3 nights and since this was our first time in Vegas we have nothing to compare it to but overall a good experience. « less

We stayed one week in May.Great Location in the center of the strip.Arrived early and were offered early bird check in at $25.00 which we took. Then we were offered a Eiffel Tower and Strip view at $40.00 per night which we declined.Rooms were OK,showing some wear, but comfortable and quiet. Not at all like the pictures though.WI Fi was the worst I have ever experienced.Hard to get on and would disconnect without notice.the cost is included in the resort fee.Casino floor is nicely laid out but there are no --no smoking areas that I could find.Restaurants are pricey, but that is Vegas.A food court where you can get a cheaper breakfast and snacks would be nice. The pool area is nice but again smoking is allowed,I was always moving my chair.Deck Chairs are plentiful but many are broken and in need of cleaning. All in all I am not sure if I would stay there again. « less

I stay on the various Strip resorts a couple times a year, and believe this room I just stayed in on the 28th floor, Strip view, has to be one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Not only was it cleaned every day, but Housekeeping also did a great job of making sure we had plenty of toiletries and that critical in-room coffee every day.
The only drawback was that I didn't care for Paris' restaurants, including the new Gordon Ramsay steakhouse which we did not eat at because the bar we saw upon first walking in is so cold looking. However, there are plenty of excellent places to eat and drink just across the street at Cosmopolitan. « less
