This was the first hotel we stayed at in Downtown Disney a couple of years ago. They were in the process of renovating, but the entire property was clean and well kept. The entire staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Our room was in the tower and very well priced for a holiday weekend in Orlando. The pool was clean and they were plenty of towels to use at the pool. We stayed here with our kids while visiting Disney. Our son had left his sunglasses on the shuttle bus and the staff went out of their way to get them back for him. We would stay here again for sure. We like it much better than the Wyndam at Downtown Disney. « less

We have stayed here in the past twice before. I am a frequent Disney visitor and although I enjoy staying on Disney property, with a family of 5 sometimes value is more important. We stayed here the first time before the recent renovations and twice since. I find the hotel to be a clean, affordable and attractive hotel for the money. You can walk to Downtown Disney, which is worth the pay in itself. The third time we stayed we got a tower room with a view of DD, which was lovely. The best part is that there is an extra pullout sofa, which accommodates our 9 year old son without having to pay for a whole extra room. The people were friendly and helpful and lobby is large and beautiful.
I can't speak on the restaurant food, as we spend most of our time in Disney, therefore we eat our meals there. We will be staying here again during our late May trip, and I'm very much looking forward to it. « less

The were SO VERY helpful in meeting our request, and special needs that we needed. The staff was very friendly and learned our names by the 1st day. Our room was always clean, well stocked for the 5 of us staying in 1 room. « less
