My #1 priority in a hotel is cleanliness, and our suite with the whirlpool tub was spotless. I even walked around barefoot after awhile, which I usually never do. The tub was awesome, we were so glad we splurged on the suite. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast wasn't phenomenal but hey, it fit the bill. I enjoyed my make-your-own waffle. My only complaints, the first of which is nobodys' fault really, was that one of the nights we stayed parking was maxed out due to a party being held there and we had to park behind the building in a nonexistent spot. The second is that the bed was super firm, which I was ok with but my husband was uncomfortable with achey muscles. Even with the rowdy party, we didn't hear much in our room on the first floor. Overall a great place to stay. « less

Stayed here on New Year's Eve with our children. They offer family suites with a separate room for the kids with bunk beds and their own TV. As a part of New Year's, the hotel gave all the kids party favors and had a countdown to midnight in the movie theater, including champagne glasses full of sparkling grape juice for everyone to toast. The pool hours were extended for the holiday. And after the countdown, they offered a selection of movies to watch in the theater. This was one of the most incredible stays I've had. We've been looking for an excuse to go back. « less

place is great. I come here every year for my wedding anniversary with my husband. We always get the jacuzzi suite with a king bed. The price is a tad hi but I'm willing to pay that for the nice room, pool, and everything else that comes along. The jacuzzi and the room is always very clean. The hotel itself is always so clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Its right off the highway so it has a good location. I love coming here every year. « less
