Community room is located on the second floor of our gatehouse. There are steps and no elevator. Bathrooms are located on same floor. We are unique in that we allow you to bring in your own food and beverages. Also have a separate break out room for lunch if needed at no extra cost. Cost of to rent room is $100.00 plus tax a day. Latest we allow people in room is 10:00pm. It is a great room for all types of events, from small weddings to training needs, baby showers, etc.
