First hotel I was able to not sleep the whole night thru all four days. As I was talking to the front desk actually heard water dripping on tiles overhead. Place needs a makeover. « less

I do a lot of traveling for work and decided to try the Comfort Inn in Marietta. The room was clean, the bed was a king and comfortable, and the pool was fun. I had to go buy swim trunks at the neighboring Wal-mart just so I could take advantage of the pool. I had a relaxing stay and will recommend this hotel to my coworkers. « less

I recently stayed at this Comfort Inn. It was the first time for me and I had been on the road ALL day and was beat when I got there. Upon arrival, the hotel's computer system was down and the management was trying to handle the reservations on their personal laptops. The lobby was full but I waited patiently. When it was my turn, I stepped up to check-in telling the Manager that I had reservations. He looked and did not see the reservations. I insisted that I had reservations. He looked again and explained that my reservation was for the next night! My heart sank. I asked him if he had ANYTHING left. He said he only had one room. I told him that I did not care how much it cost, that I wanted it. He looked at me for a moment and then said, "Sir, it is an upgrade from the room that you mistakenly booked, but I will give you the room AT THE SAME PRICE". I was delighted as I did not want to start going door to door in Marietta Ohio after traveling all day. When I opened the door to my room, I could not believe it! He gave me a FULL Suite with separate living room, Full Wet bar, separate bedroom with work table in both bedroom AND living room, two televisions and two phones. TALK about going ABOVE AND BEYOND. He did not charge me one penny extra but simply asked me to please leave a review for him if I was satisfied with the service. Enough Said! I will definately give him my business again!! March 20 2013 woke up covered with BED BUG BITES the staff could care less had to go to emergency room and was told i got SCABIES from the motel room. I sent ,pictures,and copy of all my bills that i had to pay out of my own pocket,to this day i got not one phone call,no money back just like i said they could care less.still got scars all over me. I called several times wanting to talk to the owner Mahesh Nichani never got one call back i see him all the time driving around in his $100.000 Jaguar. Finished my business trip at the Holiday Inn across the street for the same price they treated me like gold.Also they do not except pets which is nice you dont have to worry about a barking dog next to you or if they slept in your bed.DO NOT STAY THERE GO ACROSS THE STREET « less

The pool itself at this hotel was very nice, but the poolside areas were dated and a bit dingy. The rooms were average in size. Older mattresses in our double room were a little off-putting. I brought disinfectant wipes on our trip, and was I glad; there were dirty gray fingerprint smudges up and down both sides of both the bathroom and room doors and around handles. Toilet seat lid also not cleaned; yuk! As for front desk staff, the you g womN who checked us in was very cordial, but she seemed to be on her own-even though there were two other male employees present. This all was disappointing for upwards of $90, especially with it being AAA-rated "3." « less
