I don't know what we were expecting other than a bed for the night and a shuttle to and from and a place to park our car. That is what we got. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Telephone in room malfunctioning, no coffee, no shampoo, no soap, had staff come and change dirty blanket on otherwise clean bed. Staff did offer to move us but it was late and kids already wanted to get to sleep. It was okay, but with some extra attention it could have been much better.

Almost nothing worked in my room 111 when I arrived. T V remote did not work, no info on telephone card, toilet barely flushed, tub after shower took forever to drain. Volume on remote didn't work. I told front desk about it and asked for a room change. At 8 am. They said it would not happen until after 2 pm, which it finally did. No offers to help with the transition. I moved myself. Very little help from manager or so called " manager at that moment" at front desk. I thought it was very poor customer service since no attempt was made to have a room cleaned early on. I stayed here twice in the past and enjoyed myself. Eduardo inthe cafe was the best thing about this place. You should put him and his pleasant and helpful personality at the front desk and get rid of the current uninterested help. I won't stay here again!
