After reading other reviews, I was a bit skeptical; however upon arrival (once you made it through the 20 minute pitch for "a new property") the visit was awesome! From the bartender (sorry forgot your name) to Mateo one of our favorite servers, the grounds, room, pool everything was great; location is excellent as shopping and other restaraunts are steps away; great being right near the marina and the all inclusive is the way to go. Will definately be back, thanks again! « less

We stayed in a junior deluxe suite and was disappointed with the room. It was fine until you walked into the shower/toilet area and everything was dirty. The titles were broke so water was going underneath it and it squished beneath your feet it was gross and had a horrible smell. They defiantly need to update these rooms.
If you like to sleep it's not the place for you. It's very loud from party goers at all hours of the night. « less

If you are looking to be close to the bars and the action at the Marina then this is a good place to stay at. If you are looking for a more luxurious vacation, good restaurants, and relaxing atmosphere then keep looking.
I travel every week for work and typically stay with the big hotel chains and when I go on vacation I like to stay at nice resorts on the beach. A group of my friends were doing the all inclusive package here so I decided to tag along. I tried to temper my expectations going into this place and after my experience I would give this place a 2.5 but rounded up to a 3.
Good - Friendly staff and service was attentive. I regularly tipped the staff regularly and they always seemed to remember that with good service when they see you. - Good location IF you want to be close to the bar and fishing scene. - Alcohol was good for the all-inclusive package but have reasonable expectations as there is only certain types of beer and liquor you can order
Bad - Rooms are older, bathroom would smell of sulfur and the water that initially came out of the bath tub was always brown for the first 2 seconds - Hot tubs were not hot, they were warm. It was windy and a little cold when i was there and sitting in the hot tub would have been nice but they weren't warm enough to sit in them. - If you decided to go to bed early you will wake up to people yelling at night as people can easily stumble home from the bars - Overly pushy about timeshare presentations. You will consistently be reminded that you can get a discount on any activity you book through Marina Fiesta if you listen to a "timeshare" presentation. - The food included in the all-inclusive package is just OK. There are a few restaurants in the marina that you can eat at. In order to eat dinner at these restaurants you have to make a reservation. If you don't and you show up at one of these restaurants without reservations they will not serve you even if there is nobody in the restaurant. Defeats the purpose of all-inclusive in my mind. By the end of the trip you will have the feeling that the people at these restaurants hate serving dinner to the all-inclusive people. I have to guess it is because people don't tip. I was here for 5 nights and we didn't even attempt to eat dinner at these places the last 3 nights.
Final thought, if you are thinking about doing all inclusive, don't. Buy some beer from one of the markets and bring it the pool with you for some day time drinking and buy your self the occasional fruity cocktail. For food, go out and experience what Cabo has to offer vs. feeling stuck at that 5 restaurants associated with this hotel, you will be happier. « less

Mario and Mateo were so right on top of everything we needed and more around the pool! Joaquin knew exactly every morning that we needed our "mimosa Pam"!!!! It was so nice to be able to try the other restaurants on the marina as part of the all inclusive special that we were able to enjoy!!! I would highly recommend the Marina Fiesta to anyone who wants a laid back Cabo vacation!! Thanks for the great memories!!! « less
