We chose Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago O'Hare/Rosemont as our hotel for our wedding guests. We had about 40 guests flying into Chicago from out of state and wanted something close to the airport with free shuttle service. We also wanted something affordable for our guests without sacrificing quality. I was very pleased working with Maria Cesario in planning our stay. She was very helpful and prompt in communication.
We got a great group rate for our guests, as well as complimentary rooms for booking a certain number of room nights. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great and helped in handing our welcome bags I had prepared for our guests. No complaints for the guests that used the hotel shuttle and I believe everyone was satisfied with their stay.
We had booked the Boardroom Suite to use for hosting a dinner and pre-wedding meeting for our wedding party the day before the event, as well as the "get ready" room for the bridesmaids. It worked out wonderfully with a huge table that sat 14 people, I believe, and lots of mirrors and windows, as well as 1 full and 1 half bathrooms that were great for all the girls.
Maria really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!!! Really pleased with our choice in hotel for our wedding! « less

We stayed one night at the Rosemont Holiday Inn & Suites before our flight on May 7, 2013 out of OHare so we could use their shuttle service to the airport in the morning.
The hotel itself isn't bad, rooms could use a little update and they don't have a pool, but the suite option is great, two beds but in seperate rooms so everyone got a good nights sleep.
The shuttle runs every half hour right to your airline which was nice, had plenty of time to get to our gate and have breakfast.
Would consider staying here again for the Park & Ride option. « less

Room was comfortable with flat screen tv. Watched flights depart from airport right from window, but noise wasn't too bad. Parking garage was not right next door (or attached) to hotel, but not a long walk. Will consider for a future stay. « less
