We spent 4 nights here while a friend was in the hospital. Probably the only real negative was the bedding. There was a bed pad (not fitted) under the sheets and would bunch up quite often when rolling over in bed. New bedding, to include a blanket or nice comforter would improve sleep quality. The breakfast is hot and includes bacon and/or sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, toast,fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. The 2 ladies that worked in the breakfast were very friendly and welcoming. « less

My Aunt & I stayed here for a week while my Uncle was in the hospital. The staff was attentive, kind, and responsive. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and the hotel is kept secure, with locking doors at all secondary entrances. The only complaint is the attached Appleby's Restaurant, which I recommend avoiding. The prices are high and the food quality is very low. We ordered a strawberry milkshake as part of our room service order and it arrived in a very small, approximately 4 oz cup, and we were charged almost $3.00 for it......1/2 the cup was full of whipped cream!! The free, hot breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of good, hot coffee!:+) « less

Convienient place to stay, easy to find. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size with a massive bed. Clean, tidy and quiet. We ate at 'Applebees' which was attached , and had a very nice meal and because it was a Sunday took advantage of the all day 'Happy Hour'. A pretty trip to the airport the next day rounded off a pleasant overnight stay. « less

This property is obviously a little old, but is well kept. The rooms are clean and well appointed. One convenience is that Applebee is attached to the hotel. This meant that i didn't have to drive around to find something to eat. Of course you have to like Applebee but I found them to provide a good meal at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and even called a few hours after check in to see if everything was satisfactory. They also have a real nice outdoor pool for your enjoyment. The hotel also provides a breakfast so again there is no need to drive around to have some morning food. As usual is much like other holiday inn breakfast so no surprises here. I believe for the cost this is a very good value. « less
